Tom,

Rather than reboot, try stopping then restarting the Web Messaging service,
to see if that has any effect for this user. This service also creates log
files, 'W2yyymmdd.log' that you can view with notepad. Look at the time
(assuming the user tells you or is in contact with you) to see what his
Browser is sending to the Web Server. Sometimes this log data can tell you
more about the browser version and what the user and browser is doing.
