Hello All,
We put some measures into place and yesterday there was 7 messages sent to
a list that contains AOL addresses. According to our logs, all 7 messages
were delivered to AOL and accepted for delivery. However; only 2 of those
messages made it to the actual AOL email account.
I have called AOL again and hope to get called back shortly. Just to
update everyone, they had said that the domain wcmail.net did not reverse
and the To: header was blank. That was why the email had been filtered out.
In discussion with this group, they should not require a reverse and the
RCPT TO: is where they should be looking for the aol.com addresses the
messages are being sent to. Is this correct?
Sincerely,
Grant Griffith, Vice President
