You do not need to change POP3 ports.
 
Webshield should use port 25 for SMTP inbound, and also port 25 for SMTP outbound to the Internet. This is standard.
 
It should deliver the mails on an other port (you choose it!) to your mail server (with SMTP).
You have to change the port for incoming SMTP traffic in IMail to the same port as you change Webshield to (look in the manual).
 
The other things are things you have to configure in Webshield, the manual says all.
 
If you have problems afterwards, show us part of your logfiles.
 
 I've just configured our Webshield to work with IMail server but all inbound mails are rejected and outbound mails are not sent. I changed the ports from my e-mail client SMTP port being 25 and POP3 as 7190 but still encountering the same error. What shall I do with this?
