See my previous post with regards to authenticated users on IIS (wkstn vs
svr). netstat and any other tool to view connections are meanlingless as
far as licensing is concerned. The NT diagnostics listing shows all
currently authenticated users.
NT will generate events in the event log if licensing errors occur.
