Here's an update. We took 2 spams that were obviously spam, and had headers typical
of spam. We added the "Precedence: bulk" to both of them, and neither of them had an
AOL address in the To: or Cc: headers. One was an adult message, which had a number
of "bad" words, and even had "porn" in the subject. Yet, both of them were delivered!
Even an E-mail from an IMail mailing list was delivered.
I'm not sure what to make of this yet, except that perhaps the "Precedence: bulk" may
not be a problem after all. Or it may only be a problem when AOL mail servers are
overloaded.
