It's a bad idea to allow relaying for everyone.  I still can't understand why people 
will force their good customers to pay for E-mail but let spammers use it for free.

Where are you getting the "550 not local host, not a gateway..." error?  Is it in a 
bounce message?  If so, did it come from IMail or AOL?  I can't imagine AOL would send 
such a message.  So, check your IMail logs and see what they say.  I'm guessing that 
IMail doesn't recognize the domain that your user is on.
