I also had the same problem.  Upgrading the RAM on the server and increasing
the pagefile to 3x the amount of ram seems to have taken care of things -
it's been great for over a month now -

We had the same problem.  What are you using for AV on your server?  We're
using McAfee VirusScan NT and we had to disable the on-access scanning as it
was scanning everything that was coming and going (to much to handle, I
guess).
