Faith,

Make sure you've got the SQL Server's System DSN set up in the ODBC
control panel with "Use SQL Server Authentication", NOT Windows NT
Authentication.

Then, in the IMail Admin | Host | External DB Config | ODBC System
Datasource Name, you should have something like this:

  DataSourceName;UID=sqlusername;PWD=sqlpassword

That way, you don't have to give the IUSR_MachineName (anonymous Internet
user) full rights to the SQL database.
