Since Web Messaging usually runs on port 8383 (or one you set), might they
just allow that port to pass through the firewall or bypass it?
IMail's web files won't work on another web server. People have redirected
via another web server, to IMail, so that may work for you, as all the
requests will come from that server, not directly from each user. I've not
tried this, so it is only a somewhat educated guess.
