just stick in another disk, boot up, partition it with /stand/sysinstall,
call the slice /var2
add it to /etc/fstab

mail_spool_directory = /var/mail
queue_directory = /var/spool/postfix
to
mail_spool_directory = /var2/mail
queue_directory = /var2/spool/postfix
postfix stop
postfix start
