This is sometimes caused by a bad message. Look at the logs to see who had
recently logged in to web messaging and see if you can find one person that
was there every time it died. That person will probably have a message that
causes the problem every time they try to read it. Delete that message.

Hi,
Pretty sure I know this one but, want to check.
My Web messaging recently began shutting down many times a day. Turned off
the restart feature (wasn't working :)) still the failures continue. This
morning I reinstalled the web templates hoping that that is the origin.
The W***** logs show nothing unusual.
Is there any other things I should try if this continues
