I had the same problem with my windows 2 K machine. I tripled my page swap
file size and set iwebmsg service to manual. I haven't had a problem since.

Pretty sure I know this one but, want to check.
My Web messaging recently began shutting down many times a day. Turned off
the restart feature (wasn't working :)) still the failures continue. This
morning I reinstalled the web templates hoping that that is the origin.
The W***** logs show nothing unusual.
Is there any other things I should try if this continues
