I am running imail v. 6.06 on 2000 Server with many clients
accessing through the web via KillerWeb App.
I understand that the Web Messaging server connection times out
after 12 minutes of inactivity and the user loses the message-in-
progress.
I thought that since I have the client automatically checks for
new mail every 5 minutes, this should count as activity and
prevent the return to the Logon screen.- but it doesn't seem to.
Is there a work around for this (besides composing all mail in
an off-line editor? My users would like to keep the steps to a
minimum.
