Your DNS has problems.  First, your mail server's IP address doesn't have a 
reverse DNS entry.  That's strike number one.  Then, your primary DNS 
server doesn't seem to be responding.  Finally, you're listed in 
dsn.rfc-ignorant.org, which some admins use to weed out people who don't 
allow Delivery Status Notifications into their server.

Yes, that does seem to be what caused the problem.  You need to get it so 
that your primary DNS server is reachable.  Until that happens, your DNS 
will start crumbling as the TTLs are reached.
