Josh,
The normal reason for seeing this types of responses are that the Sendmail
systems you are attempting to deliver to are doing a PTR lookup (reverse)
and are not getting what they expect, the same name as your server is using.
I find that your DNS has the information now, but it would appear that these
other servers are not getting that info. Now it could be many things, but it
has to be DNS problems, still. Now those other servers may be using old data
that has not yet expired. But that also means it is likely to be a DNS
problem.
Hmm... I just tried to get a SOA record for the domain and 2 attempts have
failed. Yes, you still have DNS problems!
Len is likely to come along and tell you more, but if he does not, then
visit his and other sites and start checking your DNS.
