[IMail Forum] sign up info

Hello Everybody,
 I want a user be able to signup for mail service themselves as hotmail & yahoo and 
others instead of administrators adding them. Do any body know how to do this. If u 
have already please mail ur sample script to me. Thank you for all your help.
