Sounds like a routing problem to me.

Is the problem IP, the Primary IP for that host (the one not in advanced,
but in the TCPIP settings)? Or is it one of the secondary IPs?

Can I assume that the hostname in your email address is one of the working
ones. It seems to be! Maybe you should include the problem hostname and IP
so others can test it form different routes?
