The two lines below are examples of an error being reported
on a painfully frequent basis to one of our users.

Now, I can read, so I can see what's happening. However,
does anyone have an idea of what's *causing* it to happen.
I see these same errors sometimes throughout the logs for
other users, but not with the frequency encountered by
this user.

She is logging in during the wee hours, and assures me
that there is no other system checking her mail which
could cause the multiple access problem.

The error seems to just go away after a period of
varying length.

Any assistance anyone might be able to provide will be
most appreciated.
