I have printed out all of the product literature
and can find no reference to the receipt response identification sent from
the server.
Problem: When a client requests a receipt in Microsoft Outlook the
Imail server responds with a confirmation delivery receipt, the problem
being that the receipt email is From: <blank> and Subject: <blank>. Exchange
servers that are protected from spam mail via Do not accept sender <> reject
the receipt and generate an error. How do we set the receipt response in
Imail for
From: <Administrator> Subject : <Mail Delivery Receipt>
I have also checked knowledge base without any Joy. A lot of our clients use
exchange successfully on other mail ISP's and this problem will prevent us
from purchasing Imail! Can you throw light on the problem or tell me where
the setting is.
I appreciate I could let exchange allow <> but I also wnat the receipt to be
identified
