We found ORBS to be too restrictive. We do use mail-abuse.org who have a
very selective database. ORBS caused way too much regular e-mail to be
blocked causing a lot of complaints. We add IP address to our own manual
database as we see the junk mail bounce to non-existent users, etc., and all
entries are checked manually first to be sure it's crap mail.
If you are in ORBS and you want out, just go to their site to see if you are
listed, and ask them to retest you by submitting/reporting your server
again. If you are in the automated database then you definitely have an
open relay. If you are retested and you are not relaying you will be
removed.
