The old ORBS "every IP we got" that most people were using was indeed way
too restrictive. It forced most people to use their entire database,
rather than selecting which of the half dozen or so they wanted to use.
Now, however, it's much easier to choose from the various databases, no
matter what software you are using.

Something that many of our customers do is to block based on RBL/RSS/DUL,
but only add a warning to the headers of E-mail from servers listed in
ORBS. That way, the recipient can decide whether or not to filter, and
people running open relays (which most people agree is a bad thing to do)
will find out sooner what the potential problems are.
