I'm using Imail 6.05 on a Win2K Server with SP2. I have one customer out of
almost 5000 who can not receive email. When anyone sends email to this one
account, which has 1 small email in the new mail box, the email is rejected
with the message <unknown host [EMAIL PROTECTED]>. It makes no
difference what format I send email to this account. I have rebooted,
deleted and recreated the account. I also checked to make sure this person
isn't in a list to be blocked. I can log on to this account and check the
email with no problem but no one can send email to the account. Any ideas???
Here is the rejected message.
