Hawk, By default the '-' character is considered a mailbox delimiter. Meaning that a message sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] gets delivered to a sub-mailbox named 'mailbox' of the account named 'user' on the domain named 'domain.com'. If you want to create a username that contains what is currently the mailbox delimiter, you need to change the delimiter to a character that is not in use. To change the delimiter, click the Advanced tab on the SMTP service and enter a character you do not use in any of your usernames into the 'Mailbox delimiter' field. I prefer '+', and if that's not available '_'.
