It's called a number block. Every telco will do it, for either a fee, under a court 
order, for free if asked, or some combination of the above. The difference between a 
block and what ORBS/MAPS does, is that the sender/originator never knows they're being 
blocked - the phone just rings and rings, or just goes dead. Nothing is ever revealed 
to the sender/originator.
