Ray,

Error does not look like it comes from IMail, but the problem is that the
remote server won't allow that large an email or the users mailbox is so
full that adding this message would exceed their mailbox limit.

Try something smaller (no attachment) and tell the receiver that you cannot
send the attachment until his mailbox is cleaned up.
