thnks man, i know that you're supportive, although you're not officially
support. so i don't scare away other like-minded ipswitchers, i only reply
to you or anyone on list, but rarely completely on topic.
i only call support's official number. only call peoples homes when it's an
emergency. (yes, i end up trading home numbers with m$, compaq, dell, and
other vendor people, can't figure out why they are willing to expose
themselves to risk on my behalf, it must be that they feel for me or
something: so when they trust me like that, i try not to take advantage of
them) only call support when i don't get mail response for mission crit
prob within 24 hours. only email support when i can't get answers from my
"peers" (who is kidding who, in some senses i'm way beyond some of you, in
others, way beneath some of you: if i compare then, i can be either bitter
or vain. pick one.)
