What is the difference between the vacation message and the info manager?
Info manager will respond every time someone sents a message, regardless of how many times they send a message.
The vacation will not respond to those people that it has already responded to. I.e. You send a message, your e-mail is recorded, next time you send a message to the same address, it won't respond again.
