There is a lot more than that!!! Manual can tell you more about Info
Manager. It can offer multilevel responses. Example I use is an 'info'
account with sub areas for your products. So email to info gets a message
telling people about the other addresses (like info-imail, info-wug,
info-wsftp, .... or even other accounts for which you have Info MGR working)
that get them more data. They send another email to the address that gets
them the data they want. Email to the 'info' account/subaccounts can also be
redirected, so someone in say Sales, knows who is sending the requests and
can then contact the sender, if desired.
