"Relay mail for Addresses" is the only one that lets your users send mail,
but doesn't let spammers send mail (unless they are your customers, of
course). Anything else will let both your customers and spammers send mail.
With "Relay mail for Addresses", you enter in all the "safe" IP addresses
(for example, if you are an ISP, the IPs of your dialup lines). Then, your
other customers can use SMTP AUTH if they are coming from other IP addresses.
