Dear IMail Server Customer:
Ipswitch, Inc. is pleased to inform you that IMail Server version
7.0 will be released on June 27, 2001. We wanted to share the
news with you, our valued customer. Some of the exciting new
features you can expect from IMail Server 7.0 include:
- Web-based calendaring
- Updated web templates now include spell check
- Increased security through security policies and user
suspension
- New version for up to 1,000 users
LOCK IN THE CURRENT IMAIL SERVER SERVICE AGREEMENT PRICE FOR AN
ADDITIONAL YEAR
Ipswitch, Inc. will be changing the pricing structure of IMail
Server effective with the release of version 7.0. While your current
Service Agreement remains current you will receive your shipment of version
7.0, you may wish to lock in the current IMail Server unlimited user Service
Agreement price for an additional year by renewing your current Service
Agreement now. By renewing now, you will receive version 7.0 and all of its
benefits under the current IMail Server price structure. When you renew
your agreement, we will add one year to the existing agreement's expiration
date. If you delay until after June 27, 2001, your charge to renew the
Service Agreement will be based on the new pricing structure of:
Unlimited users: $2,495/Service $745
Up to 1,000 users: $1,695/Service $445
Up to 250 users: $995/Service $345
HOW TO RENEW YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT
If you would like to renew directly through Ipswitch, Inc.,
contact our customer service department at 1-800-793-4825. If
you originally purchased your Service Agreement through a
reseller, you may choose to purchase a new Service Agreement
through them and activate it on-line as directed on your new
