Mr. Mathews,

I, for one, would appreciate your keeping to on-topic matters for your
submissions to this list. I've kept quiet so far in the hope that my -- and
the vast majority of IMail Forum subscribers' -- ignoring your
philosophical-, societal-, psychological-oriented postings would somehow
thin out for lack of an audience.

I am sure that you can contribute in a useful manner to this list if only
you could stick to IMail-related matters and spare us your angst. Please
realize and be grateful that this discussion list is provided by Ipswitch
and that it seems to be unmoderated. It is thus a *privilege* that allows us
all mail admins to receive expert advice and informed opinions, rather than
being construed as a soapbox for certain people who seem to have a strong
urge to disseminate their off-topic comments -- much as I am doing now,
ironically.

I would kindly ask of you to strip off-topic references -- by the way, I am
one of those Buddhists who you mentioned -- and keep the focus on
IMail-related issues. I'm certainly not trying to act as a list policeman
here. Your right to freedom of speech is, however, best exercised when
adhering to the "Code of Conduct" for this list, which you already know
about.

Sincerely,

Guy
