[IMail Forum] hotmail.com & yahoo.com

We are getting a number of stack connect failures to hotmail.com and
yahoo.com.
Is anyone else running into this problem???

For hotmail the ip's are 64.4.52.7,64.4.45.7.
Yahoo.com is 216.115.108.243, 64.4.43.7. I am sure there are others. 

Yesterday between 1:00pm and 2:00pm CDT (6/18) all emails bounced off of
hotmail.com
and yahoo.com.

Am I the only one?  Verio is our ISP and I am using the DNS servers of
129.250.35.250
& 129.250.35.251.
