We have been with Verio for 5 years (they actually purchased Access One who
we were with). Verio is inconsistant. It took many months to get them to fix
a problem of 10 hops inside their Seattle data center... it was ugly for a
while as everything was slow. We now use Sprint for our primary feed and
Verio is our backup.

I would STRONGLY recommend you make this a priority. You can get to Len's
page and learn how to set up BINT on a NT server: http://bind8nt.meiway.com/
and I recommend the book too.
