Does it just happend from one location or does it happen from everywhere?
We had a similar problem with one client that has about 15 users in the
office. They could only get small emails through - we tracked it down to a
bad wire in their network. They were generating so many errors that they
could not get the any larger emails out. Look at the server logs and see if
they are authenicating. You may have a network problem with the server - I
would check that out.
