Quite frankly, if I had a solution to some of the things people experience here, I'd
shout them so loud you wouldn't need this list. But I don't, so I become part of the
silent majority that is thankful that my Imail doesn't have those problems. Honestly,
I've had so few problems with Imail, it amazes me. And when I've had problems, their
support staff has been top-notch. This list has provided many answers too, and rounds
out the support offering.

However, this list is fast becoming an insider's "Let's bash Ipswitch" forum. I don't
think it's really deserved.

I've been using John Junod's products for a long time, since I worked for the military
and he was in it, and before this 'net thing was public. The products stand up against
anyone else's, even excelling in many areas. I don't care if he's with Ipswitch any
more or not, and I say that because I don't know. He started this product line, and
deserves some credit. And, he and any member of the programming staff were pretty
darned savvy in those early days of Ipswitch. To my knowledge, a lot of those
"founders" are still at Ipswitch, and I know that they really do care about every
server that uses their product.

Ipswitch's support is great when compared to their peers, and that's the only fair
comparison. Your mileage may vary, but I would think that the silent part of this list
would agree if they could be motivated to post.

Perhaps we should all step back a bit before posting, and use the knowledge that
should've been imparted to us sometime around kindergarten: you should give
constructive criticism instead of anger and insult.

I honestly think that people in this age have forgotten that its not up to product
support to solve the problems with each unique installation. Their job is to help the
user solve the problem.

So, stop bashing, and lets start throwing some constructive ideas around. And,
although I know this is a futile plea, if you can't be constructive, just cool your
jets elsewhere. There, that's my constructive idea.
