I agree. I have only had one problem and I received an email answer the next day. When I was adding some custom scripts I was able to call and get answers to some questions about registry settings that day. No company makes perfect software that runs right under every condition and setup (look at all the dns errors people have.) Imail is the third piece of mail server software I have used. If you want to see deceptive, terrible service, try slmail. They do not offer a mailing list for peer support, instead at the time the offered a message board which would have all hard questions or problems deleted. Eventually they closed down the forums due to 'technical problems'.
