I think it would help majorly, if you would HEUR would now include
SPAMHEADER, SPAMROUTING, REVDNS and ORBS in its algorithm.  If the text
smells like Junk Mail and then trips a combination of some of the other
check, then, the "confidence" increases dramatically.  I believe the result
would be a highly reliable "HEUR".

I've been experimenting quite a bit with the various Declude settings - and
I'm convinced that the solution lies in the COMBINATION of the triggers.
Most triggers are not reliable enough on their own.
