has DNS caught up with the change yet? - sounds like his email client is
still looking at the old server to log in...

Thanks Dave for the suggestion. I tried that but it still doesn't work. I
tried several of the combinations but to no avail.
I really am thinking that this is a NAV 2000 problem more than anything
else. On a test machine that I have with NAV 2000 on it, it is still really
flaky besides the problem with using it to scan email. I get memory read
errors related to the poproxy that it uses among other nuances....
