The problem is that it is extremely inflexible. First, you have to click a
"browse" button, then once you have selected the file, you have to hit
another button to actually do anything. Microsoft was the first one to
come up with the ability to upload files, and they chose to do it in an odd
way. If I recall correctly, you can't even change the size of the box that
the filename goes into, and there is no event once the user has selected
the file. It would be nice if you could hit a "Attach File" button that
would bring up the browse box, and once you chose the file, it would be
ready to be attached with no extra work.
