My user name and password are not working either.  Does anyone have the
corrected username password?  I called support but was way too late.  I have
the message to prove that I am a SA holder if you have a new username
password and require proof.

P.S.  Check out our new password browser for the Imail userbase (not NT, not
external DB).  It's a pretty cool utility that allows your telephone support
people to quickly look up a password for a user.  You select the domain,
then the user and the password magically appears.  If this isn't enough, it
will also dump your entire userbase, along with password, to a text file
