we've seen a similar problem where it takes forever to send email and it
become much worse when there is an attachment....this occurs across the
board for all domains tho. This problem went away on upgrading to 7.02.
(now web mail is slow :0 but I'm told its probably because of the mailbox
conversion process in the background)
