Ok i understand where this person is coming from.  The addresses for the list are 
stored in a text file.  If IPSwitch can't support their own list server that they are 
using for their own purposes then that seems to be just a lack of willingness to do 
the job.  Whoever answered that phone call should have been able to accomodate him.  
How hard is it to delete one line of a text file
