I recently unsubscribed for a few days, then
resubscribed. In both cases, multiple attempts using Outlook Express to
reply failed, Web Messaging worked the first time.

the list? Unsubscribe does not work!
I'm currently receiving the regular list mail (that I do want)
and the digest mail (that I don't want) even after unsubscribing many times
and receiving confirmation that I was removed. I feel his pain.
I finally just setup a filter to kill the digest mail. It's pretty
bad when they can't remove someone from their list.

this person is coming from. The addresses for the list are stored in
a text file. If IPSwitch can't support their own list server that
they are using for their own purposes then that seems to be just a lack of
willingness to do the job. Whoever answered that phone call should
have been able to accomodate him. How hard is it to delete one
