I recently unsubscribed for a few days, then resubscribed.  In both cases, multiple attempts using Outlook Express to reply failed, Web Messaging worked the first time.

I'm currently receiving the regular list mail (that I do want) and the
digest mail (that I don't want) even after unsubscribing many times and
receiving confirmation that I was removed.  I feel his pain.  I finally just
setup a filter to kill the digest mail.  It's pretty bad when they can't
remove someone from their list.

> Ok i understand where this person is coming from.  The addresses for the
list are stored in a text file.  If IPSwitch can't support their own list
server that they are using for their own purposes then that seems to be just
a lack of willingness to do the job.  Whoever answered that phone call
should have been able to accomodate him.  How hard is it to delete one line
of a text file
