Use a password protected list. They can post with [:password:] in the
subject field. Anyone posting without the password gets an error message
back. Pages 183 and 174 of the v6 manual.

I have a customer that needs to setup a mailing list were anyone can
subscribe and view the articles but only people that he allows can post, I
am really not sure how to go about settin gthis up, I was hoping that
someone could get me started in the right direction.
