Either you add the IP address's to Imail or you fill in the SMTP advanced
settings in Entourage ..
Advanced settings can be found by going to tools / accounts then double
clicking the account name. Just below the SMTP server field there is a
button you click (it doesn't look much like a button) but has
"Click here for advanced sending options" on it. In there you can tick
"SMTP server requires authentication" the "log on using" fill in the details
and you should be up an running.
