yes; i had no problem with it.
try to save the regkey and rename the installed dir, then delete the reg 
key, make a clean (dont�t forget to save and delete the iwebmsg.ini in the 
%systemroot% ,maybe c:\winnt) new install of the 7.02 and answer 
....install default ssl?...with yes), then copy your user keys back
