What kind of crashes? How often are they occurring? Do they list an
".exe" or ".com" or ".dll" file in the error message? If so, which
one? From that, we could get a better idea of where the problem is. If
it's within IMail somewhere (if you have over 50 E-mail addresses in an
alias, for example), switching to 2000 wouldn't help.

Windows 2000 is (from my experience and that of others) more stable than
NT. However, NT should certainly be able to handle your load. 2000 seems
to be better at handling the mysterious random crashes than NT.
