Ok... for whatever reason.. the administration has decided that they want to
keep a copy of everything one specific account sends and receives.
This is what tech support at iMail said to do and is what I did:
Services
SMTP Security Tab
Checked "Copy all Mail" and sent it to a "special" mailbox
Created two rules for that "special" mailbox:
T!~user@.:NUL
F!~user@.:NUL
Basically, if the "To" doesn't equal "user@anything" trash it
and
if the "From" doesn't equal "user@anything" trash it.
You think that between the two rules they are dumping everything?
