You could try a rule that says "If [address] doesn't appear in the headers,
delete it".
The drawback to this is that it might be possible for E-mail to be sent to
him in the Bcc: field and not get caught (I'm not sure if IMail processes
rules before or after adding the X-RCPT-To: header). Also, he could send
mail using any other return address and it wouldn't get caught.
