Bill:
Your major mistake is upgrading to Outlook 2002. You should have received a
warning when you upgraded that netfolders would no longer be supported by
Outlook 2002. (see link below).

My understanding is that Outlook 2002 will only work with Exchange Servers
not other mail servers. I would recommend going back to Outlook 2000.
